Wolfenstein TNO: B.J. and BJs? [Spoilers (I Guess)] [NSFW]

Look, I get it. We gotta put some sexy in our video games these days. Gotta give our protagonist a reason to live and all that jazz. However, there are good ways to do it, and there are bad ways. I'll point out how Wolfenstein: The New Order did well on this, and how they failed as well.

So, I guess I should give them some credit. They did a great job giving Blazko some added character depth. War is obviously a difficult thing to deal with and Blazko gives the player a run-down of exactly how things can fuck up the mind, even of a battle-hardened soldier like him. 

Anya also plays a wonderful role as far aiding in the missions after Blazko escapes Deathshead's compound and the asylum is raided. She provides a lot of information and is a valuable source of distraction when needed. She's loyal, tenacious, but knows when it is time for her to step back to the shadows.  

I guess after writing the first portion, I've realized the problem. These characters are amazing on their own, but have no real chemistry together. 

Mostly, my quarrel is just a lack of natural progression. You don't see it gradually happen, it happens in leaps and bounds. Hand holding in the truck to screwing on the Berlin train. There's a ton of gaps, and I understand you can't get too bogged down in details, but there's got to be some there in order for it to make sense. 

Speaking of gaps, what's with Klaus's "again?" line when B.J. and Anya are doing the dirty on the table (even though they have their own damn bed)? We are in Blazko's POV most of the time, so unless we have quickies going on between errands, I honestly don't get this "again" line is for, other than a cheap joke.

Listen up, Wolfenstein, before you release your next game, give some more depth to this relationship. Take notes from Mass Effect. Though it's more an RPG than an action game, it still has great combat and cutscene balance with good detail in plot.
